Nucleating transparent agent can shorten the molding cycle of products, expand the processing conditions and strengthen the smoothness. Compared with all the other nucleating transparent agents, it is the most ideal one that can give the plastic products superior transparency, luster and other mechanical properties.

Features

• Improves physical and mechanical properties such as flexuaral modulus and heat deflection temperature of crystalline polymers, in prticular PP. It shows excellent performance even at low loading level, vs. conventional clarifiers.
• Enhances crystallization rate of crystalline polymers, resulting in improving processing cylcle time and productivity.
• Improves clarity as optical properties of PP, in particular, homo - PP.
• Do not suffer from deposition, oder, etc problems due to its excellent thermal stability during processing at high temperature.
• Approved as an indirect food contact additive in US, EU. Potential application in food packaging.

Handing and storage 

• Store in the orginal container securely under cool and dry condition.
