Amine catalyst DP-9040

DP-904- is a low odor amine catalyst that enhances the curing and substrate adhesion of both flesible and rigid polyurethane foams.

The catalyst DP-9040 is normally used as a co-foaming agent with water for rigid foam, including electrical appliances, panels, spray coatings, and box-type foams. It can enhance the adhension of the base material and reduce brittleness under various conditions.

It can also be used as a fast curing catalyst for polyether polyol shoe sole systems,facilitates full-water integralskin foam to improve skin formation, and ensures comprehensive curing of polyester foam in production lines. Meanwhile, it is applicable for molding low-temperature foam products.
